We’ve been doing our part to make the world a little better for Columbus kids and families since 2005. (?) Our fundraising efforts go directly to Directions for Youth and Families, and we’re proud to say, with your help, we’ve passed the $400,000 mark in 2025!
Our foundational event has been The PBR10K, which isn’t quite a race in the traditional sense. It is however, a race for 1,000 people to consume 10,000 Pabst Blues Ribbon beers in a matter of 6 hours (while also drinking responsibly!). Of course, we offer free Uber rides home to those who might have had too good a time.
We also run the PLF Scholarship Fund, which is all about empowering exceptional students who are part of the Directions for Youth and Families program. You can help us lessen the financial burden to higher education for worthy students. Learn more about the PLF Scholarship fund and consider donating to this exceptional cause.
PLF is run by a group of volunteers who believe in helping good causes. So your tickets and donations aren’t spent on A behind-the-scenes organizational structure. We’re doing it because we believe in what we’re doing!
